A little Valentines influenced interlude. Continuity note- clearly this happens after the tour of The Hero Business is over. That story will continue after this brief massage (see what I did there?).
The idea for this strip came from my lovely and talented girlfriend Lisa. Her plan was that it would be three black panels so I could put a comic up on Valentine’s Day despite being swamped with some other things and still have time to come to bed. I decided to make the last panel extra nice and full color, and threw her whole plan out of whack. I never claimed to be a genius.

I don’t know how you do fully rendered shading every comic! Flats is one thing, shading well is a lot of work! I want to do it more often though.

She’s the naughty Catwoman, and they are BAT-cuffs. I think if they were meant for him, she would have brought them. I was going to have her hold Catwoman’s whip, but again, that might have implied the wrong dynamic.
Yes, of course. I was just mislead by her straddling him in a somewhat dominant manner, and the PC expectation that when bondage is done (or even just alluded to, as here) for comic effect, that 99 times out of 100 it’s the guy that winds up being the recipient.
It’s been my experience that BDSM is very complicated, and when it comes to sex, as in most things in life, women use a lot more of their brains than we do.
Seriously, I’m putting the Internet on notice: if there were a firm that sold some good Batgirl nightwear, I would pay good money to buy it for my ladyfriend. You heard it here first.
There’s got to be plenty of sexy Batgirl underthings out there. If not, one could resort to a costume. The real trick is to get her to put it on. Batgirl and Catwoman are probably easy sells. Getting a woman to put on a Starfleet uniform and paint herself green- that’s harder.
