Been out in the country for a couple of weeks with very limited internet access. Glad to be back in NYC- you may not get to float on a pond every day, watching eagles soar in the clouds, but you get WIFI. Also, can’t wait to catch up on True Blood.
An alternate title could have been “What’s the Buzz?” but “Hysteria” is a reference to a Maggie Gyllenhaal movie about the invention of the vibrator. I haven’t seen it yet but the trailer looks like a lot of fun. The film is making the rounds in limited theaters very quietly for some reason.
I’ve always wished I could be a doctor treating “hysteria” at the turn of the century. Sounds like a fun job.
Next time, I think we’ll take a little break from this lesson in child rearing and see what Franky is up to.

I like how Virginia’s eyes are almost glowing with fiery intensity in the first panel. “I will do science to it!” Maybe she’ll grow up to be a mad scientist; I can’t imagine her dads would be disappointed by that kind of career choice. Just don’t try this experiment at your school’s science fair, sweetie.

I know we have to get back to Franky, Elsa and Eartha and see what they’re up to, but any future stories with Tyson and Virginia getting into trouble would be very welcome. In just a few years they’ll have crooks yelling “And it would have worked too, if it hadn’t have been for you meddling kids!!”

In all my research as to what the “big, mean-looking one” should look like, I considered the double-headed one, but it was too wild looking, and not light saber-y enough.
lol, oh god I saw a site a few weeks ago ( the link was found in a forum Im on but not on that subject matter! it was a art type forum ) and it had ah… massagers if you want to call them.. chuckle.. that were shaped like dragons naughty bits and other fantasy animals like wherewolfs and other type of creatures. lol very imaginative but kind of scary looking! and they all came in 3 sizes and large was lets just say.. oh my god! lol….so yours here look very tame compared to what I saw! the things you find online! rolf

Hey John, not sure if this is a problem or what but I clicked the link for the comic you have as a ad to the lower right here (awkward young man or demon from hell) and it loaded but then was just gone! and a new page took it its place.( you could see the page for like 1 second before it does it) … what loads is comic web ring, so you may want to let the advertiser know this happens when we click the link .. I really don’t want to search for it all over there.. I don’t even know the name of it. but I would have liked to read it.
